A CUSTOMER: This is a member who desires only to purchase the products for personal consumption. Customers purchase products at a Customer Retail price. There are no sign up fees and no minimum order. A Customer does not participate in the business opportunities and does not receive commissions.
A PREFERRED CUSTOMER: Preferred Customers can take advantage of discounts (12% savings), rewards and benefits not offered to regular customers, by joining the Essential Rewards Autoship Program. A 50+ Personal Volume (PV) Autoship order per month is required to participate as a Preferred Customer. A Preferred Customer does not participate in the business opportunities and does not receive commissions.
A DISTRIBUTOR: Distributors participate in wholesale pricing (24% savings) and Young Living's business opportunities. Through YL's compensation plan, a Distributor has the ability to earn commissions and bonuses. Requirements include:
A. Purchasing one of YL's five Distributor Kits (See kits below).
B. Agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Distributor Application and Agreement Form online or by signing and remitting the form back to Young Living. *Please note: If you sign up as a Distributor on the website, the Distributor Application that you click into shows you agree and is considered signed and accepted by both Young Living and the new Distributor.

Click on 'Country,' then Click 'USA' (or appropriate country).
Click on "Sign Up Here" on the side of the page.
Click on 'Distributor,' 'Preferred Customer' or 'Customer' and follow the
instructions.
Distributors read the Agreement and click 'I Agree'. Click 'Continue.'
On the next page create and fill in your user name, password and pin.
Keep a personal record of these for future orders before clicking' Continue.'

Fill out the personal information required and click 'Continue.'
Next, verify the information and click 'Create Account.'
Choose your kit and click 'Purchase my Starter Kit.'
Click 'Continue' where you may continue shopping, or 'Check Out.'
Verify the shipping address and click 'Next.'
Fill in the credit card information and click 'Continue.'
Verify your order and click 'Submit Order.'
Print the next window for your record.
Remember to "Logout".

Click into 'Virtual Office.'
Enter your YL member # and your 8 letter-number password.
Click on 'Place a Product Order.'
ORDERING BY PHONE:
Call Young Living at 1-800-371-2928. This number will get you a 'Live' Young Living Order Entry Representative who will assist you in placing your FIRST as well as other Young Living product orders. *If you sign up by phone as a Distributor, you have 30 days to complete and return the Distributor Agreement to Young Living.
