Kathy Spohn is based in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area. She is a nationally known speaker, instructor and professional practitioner, teaching seminars and sharing these healing techniques through private sessions.
"Applied Aromatic Science captured my attention over 17 years ago as I observed consistent, tangible support in my own life while using Young Living Essential Oils. It became my inspiration to question and explore possibilities through mind-body connections."
Kathy holds multiple certificates from hands-on trainings with D. Gary Young and has extensive experience in implementing healing techniques in private sessions. From 2002-2012, Kathy was a Certified C.A.R.E. Instructor, Center for Aromatherapy Research and Education. She also received a 10 year professional membership award from Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) in 2011.
"As I instructed workshops, participants from across the country often expressed much interest in my teaching more advanced trainings. The Tranquil Heart Essential Oil Seminars were created in response to these requests. My passion is empowering others by passing along this knowledge and these skills through facilitating, teaching, and mentoring." It is Kathy’s vision that someday integrated aromatic skills will become common knowledge and will be practiced in households, fellowships and by professionals as well.
